The FireRock story began in 2006, and since then they have continued the tradition of quality service and gourmet meals that their customers have come to know and love.
It all started in Casper, Wyoming when a couple of Casper businessmen wanted a restaurant in their newly developed McMurry Business Park. They longed for a moderately priced, high-quality steakhouse with a great bar and an exclusive wine selection, where everyone could feel comfortable. The result became the FireRock Steakhouse. They are known for serving only USDA Angus Beef for all their steaks. They age their beef a minimum of 28 days and hand cut each and every steak. Their steaks are cooked to perfection over an authentic wood-fired grill burning oak wood. In addition to their great steaks, the menu features a broad range of appetizers, entree salads, pasta, seafood dishes, and a variety of sandwiches and burgers. They are open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
